30 Second Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 c Nonfat yogurt
1 c Orange juice
2 Ice cubes; more if desired
Whip in blender until frothy.
Variation: for 1 c orange juice, substitute 1 banana or 1 c blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, or sliced peaches. Or substitute frozen fruit for the ice.

Healing Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
1 Firm kiwi fruit, peeled
1/4 Cantaloupe, with skin
1 Ripe banana

Instructions:

French Style Herbed Cheese

Ingredients:
8 oz Pkg softened cream cheese
2 tb Milk
1/4 ts Crushed dried oregano leaves
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts Onion powder
1/8 ts Pepper

Crockery Cocoa

Ingredients:
3 1/2 c Nonfat milk powder
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
6 c Water
1 ts Vanilla

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Salami Sticks

Ingredients:
8 ea Thin Salami Slices
1/4 c Chunk-Style Peanut Butter
Spread the peanut butter on the slices and roll them into longs.
NOTE: I had to force myself to try this high-protein snack the first time, but once was all it took. It’s a surprisingly delicious combination and the kids love them.

Cooker Chops

Ingredients:
4 pork chops
10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Put chops in slow cooker
Combine remaining ingredients.  Pour over chops.
Cover. Cook on High 3 – 4 hours, or Low 8 – 10 hours
Add one slice onion if desired.
